About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts.
- Support the month-end process.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Partner with budget holders and stakeholders to provide financial insights.
- Build strong relationships with regional and divisional managers.
- Support financial reporting, process improvements, and business projects.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant or actively working towards a recognized qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA).
- Previous experience preparing management accounts.
- Experience working with budgets and forecasting.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Ability to work effectively to deadlines, particularly around month-end.
- Must have the right to work in the UK from day one of employment.
