About the Role

As a leading provider of sexual and reproductive healthcare, MSI UK aims to empower clients' reproductive choices for a more equal world. This role supports the delivery of high-quality services through financial expertise, enabling informed decisions and effective resource management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts.
• Support the month-end process.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Partner with budget holders and stakeholders to provide financial insights.
• Build strong relationships with regional and divisional managers.
• Support financial reporting, process improvements, and business projects.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant or actively working towards a recognized qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA).
• Previous experience preparing management accounts.
• Experience working with budgets and forecasting.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Ability to work effectively to deadlines, particularly around month-end.
• Must have the right to work in the UK from day one of employment.
