  • Frame, size, prototype, and test new product ideas with real clinicians.
  • Make the call to scale or kill ideas cleanly and quickly.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated squad to build and test new products.
  • Scope pilots with health systems and create necessary materials like landing pages.
  • Define problem spaces, size the prize, and determine success metrics.
  • Prototype rapidly, potentially using AI tools.
  • Observe clinical workflows to inform product development.
  • Design pilots with commercial and regional teams.
  • Own product elements such as pricing, positioning, and onboarding.
  • Graduate successful bets into staffed product lines.
  • Take a bet from thesis to prototype and iterate based on feedback.
  • Build the first version using AI tools.
  • Spend time with customers to understand product integration.
  • Kill bets and write post-mortems.
  • Scope paid pilots with commercial teams.
  • Present scale-or-kill recommendations to founders and leadership.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product, strategy consulting, operations, or within a founding team.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and shipping products with real users.
  • Strong analytical skills to size markets and structure ambiguous problems.
  • Discipline to define kill criteria and the ability to act on them.
  • A habit of speed, with weekly demos and a bias to ship.
