About the Role
Chariot Labs is seeking an individual to write code, build AI agents, and create internal systems from scratch or scale them from v1 to v100. This role involves working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into automated workflows, programmatic outbound, and custom internal tools. The position is ideal for someone who wants to innovate beyond traditional CRM configurations and explore AI-driven workflow possibilities.
Responsibilities
- Write code
- Build AI agents
- Create internal systems from v1 to v100 or from scratch
- Translate strategy into automated workflows, programmatic outbound, and custom internal tools
- Configure simple CRM layouts
- Build a prototype of AI-driven workflows
Requirements
- Ability to build and orchestrate a set of Agents that work well and improve in production
- Experience building with tools like OpenClaw, Claude Managed Agents, Claude Code
- Understanding and ability to build architectures such as Thin Harness, Fat Skills
- 3+ years in Engineering, Growth Product Management, or technical RevOps
- Proficiency in Python, JS, SQL
- Comfort with APIs
- Understanding of the sales funnel and business logic behind data movement
- Ability to ship v1 and iterate
- Ownership mentality
- Based in NYC or willing to relocate
