About the Role
We're looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager to join our Product & Technology Operations team. This founding role will own the definition and implementation of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) as a shared execution model across Product, Engineering, and Design, establishing a unified approach to work flow, metrics, and standards.
Responsibilities
- Define the execution model, including designing a PDLC framework and defining artifacts, checkpoints, and exit criteria.
- Build the measurement system to establish metrics for work flow, identify bottlenecks, and track exceptions.
- Drive adoption by partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders to align on the model and earn buy-in.
- Build an AI-first PDLC by defining human vs. AI responsibilities and identifying opportunities for AI to accelerate delivery.
- Evolve the model by periodically reviewing and adjusting the framework based on performance and reporting program health to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Experience designing or significantly evolving a delivery framework, execution model, or program management system.
- Experience leading cross-functional organizations through operational change and driving adoption.
- Track record of building measurement systems from ambiguous or inconsistent data.
- Experience partnering with Engineering on applied AI or automation to accelerate delivery.
- Strong executive communication skills to represent program health, risk, and trade-offs to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without formal authority.
- Comfort operating with significant ambiguity and independently structuring a path forward.
- Fluency in English as a working language is required.
