About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will maximize the value of our existing customer portfolio by securing contract renewals, driving growth through upselling and cross-selling, and building long-term, trusting relationships with companies in the DACH region. You will work data-driven and proactively, monitoring results, identifying opportunities, and translating customer needs into solutions. This role focuses on enterprise clients in the DACH region.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular QBRs and structured performance reviews with key partners, utilizing data-driven analysis with clear goals, insights, and action plans.
Develop a deep understanding of clients' recruiting strategies, success metrics, and challenges to effectively position solutions.
Continuously monitor KPIs such as clicks, applications, cost-per-apply, and fill rates.
Proactively identify root causes for underperformance and propose concrete measures, including budget reallocation, job ad improvements, and product mix adjustments.
Consistently track the implementation of agreed-upon actions, measure their impact, and share results with clients.
Build effective, long-term relationships with partners in HR and TA, including their leadership, inform them about best practices and labor market trends, and collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM data, systematically manage renewals (90-120 days before contract end), and utilize standardized templates and processes for consistency.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience or a completed Bachelor's degree.
Experience in existing customer support and strategic customer consulting, with a strong ability to build and develop new business relationships.
Experience in the full sales cycle, from new customer acquisition and relationship building to customer consulting and successful closing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and confident presentation skills.
Data-oriented and self-motivated work approach.
Ability to acquire and apply new knowledge.
