About the Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work alongside senior Sales and business leaders, providing financial insight, commercial challenge, deal governance, and decision support within a complex international organization. You will become a trusted advisor, shaping decisions that influence business performance, investment priorities, deals, forecasting, and long-term growth. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a team supporting multiple countries and business units across Europe and global delivery locations, ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys building relationships and influencing decision-making.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales and business stakeholders to influence commercial decision-making and improve business performance.
Provide financial insight, deal governance, challenge, and recommendations supporting strategic and operational objectives.
Support deal modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management activities.
Analyze commercial opportunities, business performance, and financial trends to identify risks and opportunities.
Contribute to deal governance activities and support commercially sound decision-making.
Develop cost models and financial analysis to support business planning and operational effectiveness.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming the primary finance contact for your area of responsibility.
Present financial information clearly and meaningfully to support informed business decisions.
Assess business issues, opportunities, and investment proposals, escalating where appropriate.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and operational teams to drive continuous improvement and best practice.
Support business transformation initiatives and process improvement activities across finance and commercial operations.
Work within a matrix environment, contributing to the success of projects, programmes, and business initiatives.

Requirements

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent relevant experience.
Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, or similar commercially focused finance role.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial information into practical business insight.
Experience influencing and challenging stakeholders at multiple levels across an organisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex financial and commercial data.
Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both finance and non-finance audiences.
A proactive approach and the confidence to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
