About the Role

This position oversees a designated group of clients and Account Managers, focusing on customer service, client retention, and growth. The role ensures operational excellence, profitability, and continuous improvement within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee fiscal responsibility of the assigned area.
  • Ensure yearly KPIs (Opens, Sub Usage, Overtime) are met.
  • Meet and exceed client and business expectations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day (24/7) operations of the assigned business area.
  • Manage Account Managers, providing leadership and tactical coordination for operational activities.
  • Manage accuracy and timely invoicing in collaboration with Pay and Bill.
  • Manage staffing levels and recruitment with the Talent Acquisition Director.
  • Reduce sub usage and minimize overtime and open shifts in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
  • Participate in strategic planning by recommending and developing proactive policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Manage cost efficiencies, including overtime and training time.
  • Assist staff with scheduling activities, ensuring best processes are used for filling shifts.
  • Maintain and enhance the client base and their experience.
  • Manage contract renewals and promote complete offerings.
  • Champion assigned RFPs.
  • Meet regularly with the Business Development Director to achieve sales targets.
  • Surpass monthly and yearly targets.
  • Develop the team through direct and group coaching.
