About the Role
Join our Reward team and play a key role in delivering executive remuneration, share plans, and global mobility programmes that support our people and business strategy. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external partners, you will provide analytical, operational, and governance support to ensure reward programmes are competitive, compliant, and delivered effectively across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
- Support executive remuneration processes, including benchmarking, annual reviews, incentive outcomes, and Remuneration Committee reporting.
- Administer employee share plans and executive equity programmes, managing grant cycles, vesting events, reporting, and communications.
- Coordinate global mobility activities, including international assignments, relocations, and cross-border working arrangements.
- Produce reward analytics, reporting, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to reward projects, process improvements, and annual reward activities, ensuring strong governance and data integrity.
Requirements
- Experience within Reward, with exposure to Executive Remuneration, Share Plans and/or Global Mobility.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Understanding of reward governance, compliance, and best practice.
- Experience supporting reward programmes within a listed company environment.
- Knowledge of tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements relating to executive compensation and share plans.
- Experience with SuccessFactors and/or share plan administration systems.
- Relevant professional qualification in Reward, HR, Finance, Tax, or a related discipline.
