About the Role
Responsible for organizing and coordinating the activities, functions, and communications of the Executive Office, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to ensure the effective management of day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide calendar management support for the Chief Financial Officer.
- Act as a liaison and provide executive support to the CFO, coordinating meetings, events, and logistics.
- Schedule and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.
- Follow up with relevant departments on meeting action items.
- Manage daily correspondence and ensure timely escalation of urgent, confidential, and critical communications.
- Track upcoming commitments, deliverables, and responsibilities to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with functional units on operational activities.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the Office of the CFO.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of significant executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
- Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or production operations is highly preferred.
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups including Board members, senior executives, staff, and community leaders.
- Excellent communication skills and perfect command of the English language.
Skills
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures.
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data including production records, inventory reports, and yield results.
- Knowledge of IIA Standards and internal control frameworks.
- Attention to detail.
