About the Role
The Wares Processor is responsible for production in the hard lines department, including pricing and tagging products. This role also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Cross-training for additional duties may be required.
Responsibilities
- Accurately assess and sort hard line products based on quality standards.
- Accurately tag and label products based on pricing guide system.
- Generate a minimum of $8,000 in store sales from items produced during every two-week production period.
- Maintain a production minimum of 40 totes per day.
- Continuously increase knowledge of hard line items.
- Push, place, and maintain merchandise on the sales floor.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed during packing and movement of equipment.
- Greet customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Address customer concerns courteously and respectfully, following retail policies and seeking supervisor assistance when necessary.
- Act as a positive team member by sharing ideas and concerns constructively.
- Maintain clean, stocked, and prepared work stations, requesting needed supplies.
- Maintain interior and exterior of store in a neat, clean, organized manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to read and understand documents such as time cards and policy manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports.
- Ability to speak effectively and communicate clearly to other employees and customers.
- Must have open and flexible availability.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends.

- Varying based on hours worked: 20 hours - $4,267, 25 hours - $5,333, 30 hours - $6,400, 37.5 hours - $8,000 (per two-week period for 37.5 hours)
