About the Role

Oversee the deployment of Automated Photo Enforcement Systems across active work zones, ensuring operational standards of 99% deployment execution and a 95% issuance rate. This role requires daily reporting to the regional depot and involves technical expertise, customer support, team motivation, and driving transformative changes. You will be accountable for operational performance through quality metrics and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), with a focus on problem-solving, critical thinking, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage a team of full-time and temporary mobile operators, including hiring, performance analysis, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with Field Service, Client Service, and Account Managers to identify improvements and enhance client relations.
  • Develop and maintain weekly team schedules to optimize operational efficiency within budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct routine weekly field audits of operators to ensure adherence to standards and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain inventory levels for the Depot and vehicles, ensuring operational supplies are available.
  • Diagnose and perform repairs on equipment and enforcement systems for maximum availability and reliability.
  • Strategically prioritize, plan, and execute work efforts to ensure a balanced workload.
  • Ensure all deployments comply with state legislation and current program standards.
  • Oversee the triaging and resolution of deployments within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain full compliance with SLA requirements related to Field Services.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 4 years of experience of increasing responsibility in operations and/or field services roles.
  • Minimum 2 years of effective people leadership including demonstrated skills in work direction, motivation, coaching/feedback, and developing assigned staff.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Initiative, as evidenced by constructing and analyzing data to evaluate performance and transactional quality.
  • Good driving record.
  • Ability to see including close, distance and peripheral vision, depth vision and ability to focus.
  • Ability to lift and/or maneuver awkward equipment up to 50 pounds from vehicle and ground.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and handle awkward equipment up to 25 pounds up and down a ladder.
  • Must not have any limitations that would reduce their ability to drive a vehicle safely to job sites.
