About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with exceptional interaction fundamentals, a keen understanding of user behavior, and the ability to translate complex challenges into clear designs. As inventors and designers, we create entirely new products and experiences, shaping the future of user experiences. You will define our digital output, designing experiences for brands across various sectors, leading the thinking on interaction models, information architecture, and user flows. This includes designing for AI, structuring conversations, defining system behaviors, and creating experiences with potentially invisible interfaces. You will own UX workstreams from brief to delivery, managing your time and output while ensuring collaborator alignment. At Native, you will collaborate with top designers, developers, anthropologists, strategists, and engineers to create boundary-pushing work.

Responsibilities

Define digital output and shape experiences for brands across consumer electronics, tech, healthcare, wellness, and automotive sectors.
Lead thinking on interaction models, information architecture, and user flows.
Map user journeys end-to-end and craft wireframes.
Design for AI, including structuring conversations, defining system behaviors, and considering invisible interfaces.
Take ownership of UX workstreams from brief to delivery.
Manage personal time and output.
Keep collaborators aligned.
Collaborate with designers, developers, anthropologists, strategists, and engineers.
Articulate the thinking behind your work to clients, teams, and users.
Collaborate fluidly with visual designers, researchers, and engineers.
Design with accessibility in mind.
Support more junior designers by sharing thinking, giving feedback, and improving overall work quality.

Requirements

Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience honed in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
Delivered high-impact work across a range of industries and product types.
Experience building and testing prototypes to validate concepts.
Ability to think in flows, states, and structures, understanding how screens and interactions connect.
Experience or strong interest in designing beyond screen-based interfaces, including embedded devices, connected hardware, and cross-platform ecosystems.
Understanding of designing for AI-driven experiences, including conversational interfaces, adaptive systems, and non-linear interactions.
Ability to articulate design thinking effectively.
Solid working knowledge of WCAG.
Precision in hierarchy, flow, and interaction detail.
Clear documentation and clean handoffs.
Adaptability and excitement for iterative design processes.
Ability to support and mentor junior designers.
Portfolio demonstrating UX process and decision-making.
