About the Role
Security Specialists ensure SIS standards and policies are met in field services, operations, and functions, including site inspections, emergency response, camera review, client liaison, and special projects. All duties must be performed in accordance with client policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and professional work environment for client's employees and guests.
- Provide escort and patrol on foot to secure assigned post.
- Act quickly as a responder to incidents.
- Bring a positive attitude every day, representing the brand, client, and self professionally.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding state law.
- Must complete and maintain all client requested certifications.
- Maintain interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
- Maintain uniform attire and grooming standards while in uniform.
