About the Role
As a Bilingual National Business Sales Advisor, you will manage key relationships and acquire new customers while growing existing accounts for Rogers Small Business customers. You will promote the full portfolio of Rogers’ small business solutions through over-the-phone and chat interactions, focusing on solutions conversations with excellent sales and service presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Building, maintaining, and delivering world-class client experience on every interaction.
- Handling inbound & outbound sales inquiries via phone and/or chat to understand customer needs and offer customized solutions.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets by demonstrating customer-focused behaviors.
- Driving lead generation efforts by proactively sourcing prospects and building a qualified pipeline.
- Working in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking, adaptability, and collaboration.
- Asking effective probing questions to identify opportunities and influence sales.
- Collaborating with other teams to provide top-tier client treatment.
- Keeping up with training and coaching to be an expert on products and solutions.
- Attending product trainings, team meetings, and planning sessions.
- Performing end-to-end order entry through multiple sales and service order entry tools.
- Participating in activities that drive collaboration with cross-functional teams and partners.
- Conducting all business as per Rogers Business Code of Conduct.
Requirements
- Experience in an outbound/outside B2B hunting role, or equivalent combination of proactive B2B sales.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and funnel management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and collaborative skills.
- Highly creative, self-motivated, and strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a highly process-oriented mindset.
- Able to efficiently identify, determine cause, propose, and implement solutions to solve problems.
- Willing to work flexible hours (Monday – Friday) to meet client needs.
- Demonstrate business professionalism and acumen, respect for confidentiality, and appropriate handling of sensitive information.
- Advanced skills in managing calendars in MS Outlook and experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Technologically savvy and proficient with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other tools.
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
- Expert knowledge of Rogers internal processes is an asset.
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.

- Ability to strategically organize your day, prioritizing key activities and ensuring appropriate funnel management.
- Takes initiative and is comfortable operating autonomously.

- A pre-employment background check will be conducted.
