About the Role
Design and deliver practical training to strengthen processes, controls, and operational quality across UK and European teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and senior leaders to identify capability gaps and create targeted training plans.
- Build, update, and control clear training materials, process guides, and resources for new and existing ways of working.
- Deliver training to varied audiences across Underwriting, Operations, Claims, Finance, and wider business functions.
- Monitor participation and outcomes, produce detailed reporting, and recommend improvements based on results.
- Provide subject matter expertise for projects, audits, and operational improvement activity across internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Extensive experience creating and delivering complex, comprehensive training materials and programs.
- Proven ability to deliver project or change training to varied audiences and adapt content to different needs.
- Knowledge of Underwriting or Claims processes, ideally within a regulated insurance environment.
- Experience analyzing processes, training results, and data to improve quality, controls, and governance.
- Strong report writing, Microsoft Office, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills, with excellent attention to detail.
