About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Influencer & Content Strategy Manager to lead our brand's engagement with Influencers and shape compelling digital “social first” content strategies. This role will be pivotal in building brand affinity, driving consumer resonance, and achieving business objectives through innovative influencer marketing and strategic content initiatives across our beauty brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Influencer strategy designed to meet business objectives for our brands.
  • Partner with and oversee PR agency partner to execute influencer campaigns.
  • Partner with multi-functional team on paid media strategy, social landscape assessments, creative best practices, and business plans.
  • Lead and manage budget allocation and program performance reports.
  • Track and analyze content performance to optimize future influencer strategies and partnerships.
  • Drive strong operational excellence across workflows, timelines, approvals and execution.

Requirements

  • Building and managing relationships with influencers and other key stakeholders to solve business problems.
  • Social media and digital content expertise, with a deep understanding of current trends and platforms.
  • Storytelling and co-creating compelling & inclusive content that genuinely connects with consumers.
  • Operational discipline to effectively manage campaign timelines and reporting.
  • Maintaining a growth mindset and values experimentation.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional team members and agency partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Exhibits the ability to pivot quickly and effectively in response to changing priorities and circumstances.
  • Demonstrates a strong ownership mindset, taking initiative and driving results with accountability, attention to detail, and executional excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work in Toronto based office on a hybrid schedule.
