Responsibilities

• Entwickelt moderne Strategien für Instandhaltung und Asset Performance und unterstützt Unternehmen dabei, die Verfügbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit ihrer Anlagen nachhaltig zu verbessern.
• Bringt aktuelle Trends wie Predictive Maintenance, KI und datengetriebene Ansätze in konkrete Kundenlösungen ein.
• Übernimmt Verantwortung für den Ausbau unserer Maintenance & Reliability Capability, entwickelt neue Methoden und Best Practices und fördert den Wissensaufbau innerhalb unserer Teams.
• Begleitet Kolleg:innen in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung als Mentor:in.
• Leitet anspruchsvolle Asset-Management- und Instandhaltungsprojekte bei führenden Unternehmen aus Industrie, Chemie, Energie oder Utilities.
• Steuert interdisziplinäre Teams, berät auf Managementebene und sorgt für nachhaltige Ergebnisse mit messbarem Mehrwert.

Requirements

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Naturwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Maintenance, Reliability Engineering oder Asset Management, idealerweise in Branchen wie Fertigungsindustrie, Chemie, Energie oder Utilities.
• Erste Erfahrungen im Beratungsumfeld.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Instandhaltungsstrategien wie Preventive Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Predictive Maintenance oder Asset Performance Management.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit relevanten Systemen und Tools, beispielsweise SAP EAM/PM, Asset Performance Management Lösungen oder vergleichbaren Enterprise-Asset-Management-Plattformen.
• Sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch.
• Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management.
• Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams.
• Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte.
