About the Role
The Jewelry Concierge plays a crucial role in managing the entire custom order process, from submission and verification to vendor and customer communication, ensuring timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Accurately submit and track custom orders from inception to completion.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Calculate accurate pricing and provide detailed quotes to customers.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of custom orders.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Respond to phone calls and inquiries during standard business hours and, occasionally, outside of regular working hours.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
