About the Role
As an Automotive Biller, you play a crucial role in the sales and finance process of every vehicle transaction, ensuring deals are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Billing all new and pre-owned retail and lease deliveries
- Verifying costs and transaction details for each vehicle sale
- Receiving and processing all paperwork from the F&I department
- Ensuring all vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submitted
- Maintaining compliance with required documentation, regulations, and standards
- Managing records and preparing forms and reports as needed
- Communicating effectively with the sales, accounting, and finance teams
- Providing additional administrative support as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong DMV knowledge, with the ability to verify and separate deals
- Prior billing experience at an automotive dealership required
- ORLS experience a plus
- Punctual, reliable, and dependable
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work Saturdays
- Attentive, welcoming, and professional demeanor
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
