About the Role

You will own the candidate's first experience with Siena end-to-end, including triage, first screen, feedback, and follow-through. You are accountable for the quality and experience of all candidates, both those who proceed and those who do not.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound triage and first-round screens for high-volume and high-stakes roles.
• Ensure every candidate receives a timely response.
• Manage scheduling and logistics for a growing number of live roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipelines, notes, and statuses in Ashby.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude for workflow efficiency.
• Provide occasional sourcing support when needed.

Requirements

• Agency background with experience in high-volume or precision searches.
• Treat every candidate as a relationship, not a transaction.
• Experience at a boutique agency or an early-stage startup (Series A or earlier).
• Comfortable building workflows with AI tools like Claude.
• Willingness to take ownership and use judgment rather than relying solely on checklists.
• Commitment to providing candidate feedback.
• Ability to take initiative and ownership, seeking alignment when necessary.
• Proficiency with AI tooling is required.
• Focus on the operational and candidate-experience layer of recruiting.
• Ability to work autonomously and flag issues proactively.
