About the Role
Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic and commercially viable advice, support, and guidance on people matters. Drive business performance by coaching managers and ensuring alignment with HR strategy and business goals. Contribute to a mission focused on the care and improvement of human life.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategy in key areas relating to people management and organisational development.
- Partner with the management team in the delivery of key HR objectives, business growth projects, service realignments, promotion, local HR, and Corporate initiatives.
- Support the management team in promoting a culture of performance and clinical excellence.
- Partner and support facility teams on change programs including departmental reorganisations and restructures.
- Coach and support the management team to anticipate and pre-empt organisational and people challenges.
- Provide expert HR and employee relations advice and guidance, working closely with Legal to mitigate risk.
- Champion the group employee engagement survey and work proactively with departments to address identified opportunities.
- Report and analyse HR metric data and monthly reports to ensure management acts on key people KPIs.
Requirements
- CIPD Qualified ideally to a level 5, ideally level 7 or working toward.
- Considerable HR complex advisory experience, advising all staffing levels up to board level in a large commercial business environment.
- Ability to act at an operational and strategic thinking level, presenting to senior management teams.
- Demonstrable experience of supporting HR projects and business partnering senior teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of up-to-date HR Policy and experience of advising and coaching senior managers on a range of ER issues.
- Experience of working in healthcare preferred (but not essential).
