About the Role

Join the Procurement Transformation Program team and help shape the future of Transport. As an experienced Change Manager, you'll lead the assessment, planning and delivery of change initiatives that support successful procurement project and program outcomes across a complex organisation. At a time of significant transformation within the Procurement branch, this is a unique opportunity to influence how we work, improve service delivery and drive meaningful organisational change across Transport.

Responsibilities

Work closely with project teams, senior leaders and stakeholders to assess change impacts, manage dependencies, identify risks and develop strategies that support successful transitions.
Provide insight and analysis on change proposals.
Coordinate implementation activities.
Monitor progress against key milestones.
Ensure a clear understanding of impacts across programs and portfolios.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience delivering change initiatives in large, complex organisations or across complex reform.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience assessing impacts, risks and organisational readiness.
Knowledge of contemporary change management methodologies and tools.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
