About the Role
This role offers an opportunity to deliver exceptional services to the people of NSW, create innovative solutions, and foster strong partnerships by leading large-scale transformation projects. You will translate strategic priorities into practical outcomes that improve service delivery and contribute to significant transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale transformation projects, managing scope, budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies and governance requirements.
- Build strong relationships across business and service provider groups.
- Drive benefits realisation and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Transport to translate strategic priorities into practical, measurable outcomes that improve service delivery.
- Lead complex procurement transformation initiatives that support strategic organisational change.
Requirements
- Extensive project management experience delivering complex transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.
- Experience managing risks, governance, dependencies and benefits realisation.
- Experience delivering large-scale transformation or reform initiatives will be highly regarded.
