About the Role

This position provides building coverage and support to a class A property, ensuring a safe, productive, comfortable, and clean working environment for building occupants and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property/building grounds, public areas, parking lots, and roof; remove debris daily; perform seasonal outside duties as required.
• Create work orders for observed deficiencies.
• Maintain mechanical rooms and utility rooms in an organized and clean condition.
• Support maintenance schedules and complete assigned work orders.
• Respond to tenant requests.
• Assist and coordinate vendors with various services.
• Monitor and report slip and trip hazards.
• Perform security checks of locked doors and restricted access points.
• Pressure-wash trash rooms and sidewalks.
• Replace lamps as required in a timely manner.
• Perform general repairs within reasonable expectation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform general handyman repairs.
• Clear driving record.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to work from a ladder.
• Ability to work overhead.
• Ability to smell smoke and other chemicals.
• Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.

• Concierge level of service when interacting with building occupants.
