About the Role

As Partner Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing programs to support partner success through collaboration with internal teams and external partners. You will create go-to-market strategies, drive pipeline generation, and accelerate sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Thomson Reuters Partnerships and Alliances team to drive GTM plans and marketing campaigns across a set of strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and broader Thomson Reuters teams to identify opportunities for leveraging marketing resources to drive partner pipeline generation, accelerate sales cycles and improve win rates.
  • Work closely with sales to identify opportunities for leveraging marketing resources to drive pipeline generation, accelerate sales cycles and improve win rates.
  • Utilize AI tools to drive capacity across the business and activate campaigns faster.
  • Develop and execute joint demand generation activities between Reuters and partners, such as webinars, events, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with vendors/partners, including budget tracking, deliverable management, and reporting on program effectiveness.
  • Support the planning and implementation of product launches tied to a partner or new initiatives.
  • Assist in creating marketing plans, proposals, and other documents required for market development.
  • Analyze data and create reports to track the performance of marketing programs.
  • Create and maintain databases of partner contacts and leads generated by marketing programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events and activations.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and mediums.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic marketing consulting and collaborate with internal teams to implement new ideas and strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience, specifically in Partner Marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Highly organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Fluent English speaker; additional language skills are a plus.
