Process account activity, performance, and trial balance reporting for clients’ funds/accounts.
Process investor allocations and fees according to fund governing documents.
Communicate with clients, custodians, third parties, and various levels of management.
Review correspondence with clients to address inquiries.
Maintain a controlled operating environment in conjunction with company’s internal controls.
Demonstrate knowledge of investment vehicles commonly used by clients.
Prepare and review moderate to complex incentive fee and management fee calculations.
Participate in client audit engagements.
Assist in the development and training of new team members.
Coordinate and complete special projects as directed by the client or management.
Assist with new client onboarding.
Demonstrate thorough comprehension of relevant fund documentation.
Review fund accountants’ funds and NAVs for accuracy and appropriate documentation.

3 – 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, manage time, and plan effectively.
Possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively through written and oral communication with current and potential clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple team and individual priorities and deadlines.
