About the Role

HealthVerity's Partners vertical seeks a leader to set strategy and develop commercial relationships within the AI ecosystem, focusing on foundational model developers, healthcare AI companies, enterprise AI platforms, and AI-native software providers. This role leverages understanding of technology, real-world data, and industry relationships to drive go-to-market and product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning for the AI ecosystem sector, evaluating go-to-market models and data/analytic product needs.
  • Identify and close enterprise data licensing opportunities and strategic channel partner relationships.
  • Present real-world solutions through product demonstrations, technical due diligence, and executive discussions.
  • Manage all stages of opportunity development, including proposals, contract negotiations, and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Real-World Data and Analytics, Product, Marketing, Solutions, Pricing, Legal) to address client challenges.
  • Establish team goals and ensure operational excellence in pipeline generation, forecasting, proposal quality, and cross-functional partnerships.

Requirements

  • Deep familiarity with the AI ecosystem, particularly concerning real-world data needs.
  • Extensive experience in business development, sales, and strategic partnership management.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape within the AI sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals through developing and sustaining client relationships.
  • Ability to translate HealthVerity offerings into an innovative value proposition and gain buy-in from senior stakeholders.

  • $200,000 - $247,000 + incentive compensation plan
