About the Role
Veo seeks operations professionals passionate about providing riders with an excellent experience by maintaining vehicles and improving fleet operations efficiency. E-Scooter Delivery Drivers will locate, swap batteries, and rebalance vehicles throughout the city, performing quality checks and minor repairs.
Responsibilities
- Follow mobile app instructions to complete shift tasks.
- Drive a company van to find scooters and swap batteries.
- Rebalance scooters from low demand to high demand areas.
- Perform basic repairs and quality checks.
- Respond to on-demand requests to locate/retrieve scooters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- Possess a smartphone and be app-savvy
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs scooters without assistance
- Good communication and attention to detail
Skills
- Problem-solving
- Manual dexterity
- Active throughout an entire shift
- Knowledge of local geography and street layout
- Flexible schedule including early morning, night, and weekend shifts
- Related experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, etc.
