About the Role
Frozen Ropes is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Baseball Coaches & Instructors to join our coaching staff beginning this Fall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves teaching the game and wants to make a positive impact on young athletes. You'll work in a player-development focused environment that combines travel team coaching, private instruction, clinics, camps, and year-round baseball programming.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Frozen Ropes travel baseball teams
- Provide private and small-group baseball instruction
- Lead clinics, camps, and player development programs
- Teach hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching, baserunning, and game strategy
- Help players build confidence, improve fundamentals, and develop a high baseball IQ
- Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches
- Represent the Frozen Ropes culture and commitment to player development
Requirements
- Played baseball through at least the high school level
- Passion for teaching and developing young athletes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
- Collegiate, professional, or other advanced playing experience
- Previous baseball coaching or instructional experience
- Experience working with players of various ages and skill levels
- Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is expected
