About the Role

Frozen Ropes is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Baseball Coaches & Instructors to join our coaching staff beginning this Fall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves teaching the game and wants to make a positive impact on young athletes. You'll work in a player-development focused environment that combines travel team coaching, private instruction, clinics, camps, and year-round baseball programming.

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor Frozen Ropes travel baseball teams
Provide private and small-group baseball instruction
Lead clinics, camps, and player development programs
Teach hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching, baserunning, and game strategy
Help players build confidence, improve fundamentals, and develop a high baseball IQ
Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment
Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches
Represent the Frozen Ropes culture and commitment to player development

Requirements

Played baseball through at least the high school level
Passion for teaching and developing young athletes
Strong communication and leadership skills
Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
Collegiate, professional, or other advanced playing experience
Previous baseball coaching or instructional experience
Experience working with players of various ages and skill levels
Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is expected
