About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Working Student (m/f/d) - Administration to support our HQ office with a variety of administrative and organizational tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in office management, event coordination, travel organization, and day-to-day business operations, contributing to a smooth and efficient office environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the HQ office
- Assist with correspondence, letters, and document preparation
- Manage office supplies and coordinate orders
- Support filing, record-keeping, and administrative processes
- Help maintain accurate administrative documentation and databases
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, workshops, and team events
- Prepare meeting rooms, presentations, and materials
- Coordinate meeting logistics, invitations, and schedules
- Support guests and visitors during office events
- Assist with booking business travel, accommodation, and transportation
- Support travel documentation and expense-related administrative tasks
- Coordinate logistics for visitors, employees, and external partners
- Provide administrative support to different departments and stakeholders
- Assist with invoice processing and procurement-related activities
- Help coordinate internal communication and office announcements
- Support special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Communications, or a related field
- Must remain enrolled as a student for at least 1-2 additional years
- Availability to work 20 hours per week during the semester
