About the Role

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer phone calls
Take and enter customer orders
Help customers select the correct radiator, fan, or cooling-system components
Assist customers with navigating the website and finding products
Provide order, production, and shipping status updates
Respond to customer questions by phone and email
Look up automotive applications, parts, and specifications
Communicate with production and shipping teams for accurate customer information
Help resolve order questions and customer service issues
Maintain accurate customer and order information
Create CAD drawings
Create product documentation
Perform basic design work
Organize drawings
Support product development
Clean and organize product data
Maintain automotive application information
Manage spreadsheets and databases
Improve product descriptions and specifications
Maintain website product information
Create social media content
Photograph or film new products
Help create Facebook and Instagram posts
Perform email marketing
Create promotional materials
Help tell the story behind new Wizard Cooling products
Add and update products on the website
Improve website navigation
Maintain vehicle/application data
Perform basic web development
Implement SEO and product-page improvements
Identify ways to make it easier for customers to find the correct product
Maintain ERP system
Manage product and inventory data

Connect information between sales, production, purchasing, and shipping

Requirements

Previous customer service experience is important
Automotive knowledge can be a major advantage
Experience with automotive parts
Experience with Year/Make/Model application lookups
Experience with automotive catalogs and databases
Experience with performance or restoration vehicles
Experience with parts counters or automotive retail
Experience with dealership parts departments
Experience with aftermarket automotive companies
Ability to read part numbers, specifications, drawings, or technical information
Comfortable talking about cars
Understanding of automotive terminology
Ability to research the correct part
Friendly and professional on the phone
Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
