About the Role
The AP Process Clerk performs day-to-day invoice processing, matching, coding, and vendor communication. This role follows established procedures, resolves basic issues, and ensures timely and accurate transaction processing while supporting the broader AP team.
Responsibilities
- Follow established processes to accurately complete assigned AP workflows and ensure data integrity.
- Perform invoice entry, coding, and PO matching for routine transactions while adhering to standardized procedures.
- Assist with open invoice reviews and unmatched documentation cleanup to maintain timely and accurate AP records.
Requirements
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work independently.
- Demonstrated strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical ability.
