About the Role
As a BC Consultant, you will work directly with clients project teams across pre-sales, strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and recommend solutions to approaches.
- Design future-state processes and technology solutions.
- Support system demonstrations, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Train client teams and support go-live activities.
- Identify improvement opportunities and solutions.
- Support client onboarding and ongoing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in consulting, auditing, engineering, or another professional service environment.
- Experience with Business systems such as ERP, MRP, WMS, TMs, MES.
- Exposure for large-scale distribution or technology implementation.
- Strong Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual French and English would be an asset.
