About the Role

As a BC Consultant, you will work directly with clients project teams across pre-sales, strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and recommend solutions to approaches.
• Design future-state processes and technology solutions.
• Support system demonstrations, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Train client teams and support go-live activities.
• Identify improvement opportunities and solutions.
• Support client onboarding and ongoing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in consulting, auditing, engineering, or another professional service environment.
• Experience with Business systems such as ERP, MRP, WMS, TMs, MES.
• Exposure for large-scale distribution or technology implementation.
• Strong Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual French and English would be an asset.
