About the Role
Publicis Groupe is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Global Talent team, supporting UK-based global business teams. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, championing candidate experiences, and attracting diverse talent to shape the future of the business. The position offers opportunities to influence hiring decisions, build strategic talent pipelines, and contribute to an inclusive workforce.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals, hiring needs, and future talent requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, hiring updates, and recruitment recommendations.
- Identify, engage, and attract high-quality active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Conduct meaningful candidate conversations, assessing skills, motivations, and potential fit while ensuring a positive experience.
- Build and nurture talent communities and pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Develop creative sourcing and engagement strategies to reach diverse, underrepresented, and hard-to-find talent.
- Leverage data, market intelligence, and competitor insights to inform hiring decisions and talent strategies.
- Generate referrals and build professional networks to strengthen talent pools.
- Create strong internal and external relationships, acting as an ambassador for Publicis Groupe and its employer brand.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate experiences, and hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience within the media, advertising, marketing, media owner, or related industries.
- Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously across different functions and disciplines.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability, including experience using social platforms, search tools, and Boolean techniques.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for finding innovative ways to attract great talent.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to build credibility with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Confidence using recruitment data and market insights to influence decision-making.
- Strong organization and administration skills, including maintaining accurate recruitment records and ATS updates.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment where priorities can change.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to creating an inclusive and positive team culture.
