About the Role
The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Community General Manager/Community Manager, assisting with resident relations, communications, and community events to ensure a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Assists the Community General Manager/Community Manager with administrative and customer service duties.
- Provides top-notch customer service.
- Assists residents and guests entering the Clubhouse, Sales Office, or common community areas.
- Performs administrative duties including email correspondence, answering phone calls, and maintaining office organization and supplies.
- Handles mail and package deliveries.
- Creates an inviting office environment by maintaining cleanliness, making coffee, and greeting guests.
- Assists with planning and hosting community events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and in person
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills; able to connect with others and build relationships.
- Basic computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including email and internet.
- A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and automobile insurance.
