About the Role
As a wholesaler for organic food, we have been passionate about organic for over 40 years. In our Berlin warehouse, we stock around 15,000 organically produced items. Each product contributes to making our world a little more livable for future generations. From here, we supply organic retailers and gastronomy daily with our own trucks, from Rügen to Spreewald. We combine value creation with appreciation and promote regionality. Join our team of about 300 dedicated employees and accompany us on our growth path. Responsibilities
- Organization and control of all outbound warehouse processes
- Leadership and motivation of a team of approximately 60 employees
- Onboarding of new colleagues and regular performance reviews
- Final order processing in our warehouse management software Logis
- Optimization of warehouse processes and workflows
- Ensuring occupational safety and order
- Support in daily operations: order picking, restocking, loading, goods receipt
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist in warehouse logistics or comparable qualification
- Initial leadership experience in a retail warehouse
- Hands-on mentality – you pitch in when needed
- Strong communication skills and authentic presence at eye level
- Very good organizational and planning skills
- You act confidently and thoughtfully in challenging situations
- Confident use of warehouse management software and ERP systems, including technical equipment
- Permanent work in the late shift and weekend work is not a problem for you
