About the Role

Join our task force for company-wide automation and AI adoption. Help drive LIQID’s transition into an AI-enabled organization by embedding LLM applications and agentic process automation into daily operations. You will collaborate with management and key stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, rethink workflows, and transform processes into scalable, intelligent systems. Experiment with emerging technologies, support teams in adopting AI-powered workflows, and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of business and technology. Shape how a leading fintech navigates the AI paradigm shift across all departments and build the foundation for long-term operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across departments to analyze key business processes and identify bottlenecks with significant automation potential
Design, build, and optimize automated solutions using low-code/no-code tools and custom scripts
Support the company-wide adoption of AI-powered use cases to drive process improvements
Explore and test new tools and technologies that strengthen LIQID’s automation and AI capabilities

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Passionate about AI and process innovation
Gained first experience with automation platforms (e.g. Make, Zapier, n8n)
Basic understanding of how data, systems, and workflows interact in modern organizations
Analytical mindset and a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
Proven experience in a high-performance environment with previous internships in startups, technology or strategy consulting
Very good English skills
German is a plus
