About the Role

We are looking for an Intern or WS ProductOps (f/m/d) to join our team at the heart of process optimization. Our mission is to make every process connected to Operations and Relationship Management more efficient through partial or full automation. In this role, you will support ongoing projects, analyze process journeys, identify workflow bottlenecks, and build automations using tools like n8n and AI. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys digging into processes, data, and new technologies.

Responsibilities

Support the team on process optimization projects, from research and documentation to hands-on implementation
Analyze business processes end to end to identify errors, friction, and automation potential
Design and build automations (e.g. in n8n) to partially or fully automate Operations and Relationship Management workflows
Bring in new ideas on how AI can improve the way we work and support the team in adopting them
Look into data where needed to understand how processes actually perform

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field – ideally with a relevant specialization
Genuine affinity for technology; enjoy digging into technical topics and figuring out how things work
Actively use AI tools, demonstrate hands-on experience, and eager to bring new ideas to the table
First understanding of what automations and workflows are
Strong eye for detail and enjoy analyzing processes and data from A to Z
Very good English skills
Motivated by eliminating friction and improving how teams work
Curious about the details and enjoy looking at an entire process journey
Work independently and figure things out on your own
Take ownership and follow through from idea to implementation
Combine business understanding with technical curiosity
Collaborate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
