About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer passionate about health and excited about building our expanding healthcare platform. You will enjoy working in dynamic environments, solving complex problems, and creating thoughtful, user-centered design solutions that make a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own a problem area across connected surfaces, from definition to delivery.
  • Research, design, write, test, measure, and iterate on solutions without waiting for a spec.
  • Drive commercial outcomes on your surface, including activation, conversion through regulated intake, retention, and adherence.
  • Create designs that build trust and hold up in a regulated market.
  • Work end to end, from problem definition and research to information architecture and UX writing.
  • Conduct your own research and usability testing.
  • Perform validation and experimentation, including setting up and honestly reading A/B tests.
  • Break down problems and package them back up for the team.

Requirements

  • Typically 5 to 8 years in product design.
  • Track record of owning problems end to end.
  • Experience influencing direction at a team level.
  • Ability to shape the problem, not just the pixels, using research, data, and input from others.
  • Demonstrate strong visual craft, including typography, spacing, color, motion, and micro-interactions used with intent.
  • Design inclusively and understand the purpose behind accessibility standards.
  • Ability to design across surfaces, from mobile to emerging platforms like AI-native interfaces, and contribute to a design system.
  • Possess product and commercial sense, shaping what gets built and understanding the role of metrics, research, and commercial awareness.
  • Communicate clearly, specifically, and with opinion, explaining decisions and rationale.
  • Share work early and often, using critique to sharpen the work and improve the quality of reviews.
  • Experience with LLMs embedded in workflow, prototyping in tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
  • Demonstrate a patient-first mindset, prioritizing patient outcomes and balancing commercial growth with clinical safety and care.
  • Work collaboratively across product, engineering, and clinical teams.
  • Exhibit curiosity, asking 'why' before 'how', and being comfortable as a beginner when learning something new.
