About the Role
Join us to lead service improvement and change projects across the Housing Directorate to support Lewisham in delivering better services for residents. You will work collaboratively to find solutions for complex problems in repairs, homelessness, or resident engagement services.
Responsibilities
- Lead service improvement and change projects across the Housing Directorate.
- Work collaboratively and at pace with teams to find solutions for complex problems.
- Improve housing services.
- Deliver better services for residents.
- Motivate multi-disciplinary teams to improve service delivery.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to secure commitment to change.
- Engage different audiences to secure commitment to change.
Requirements
- Problem solver with experience in finding innovative solutions to improving housing services.
- Ability to collaborate with teams to deliver better services for residents.
- Ability to find solutions to tricky issues that often cut across multiple teams.
- Use knowledge of service design and project management methodology.
- Put residents first.
- Confidence tackling different issues.
- Strong analytical skills to communicate issues and potential solutions to senior leadership.
- Willingness to be in the office at least 2 days a week.
- Project management qualification or equivalent experience.
