  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to guide the design and development of analytics capabilities.
  • Collaborate on overall HealthShare product strategy and roadmap with the Product Management team.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert in healthcare data analytics.
  • Advise internal and external audiences on industry trends like value-based care and quality measure programs.

  • Demonstrated success in envisioning, designing, and launching healthcare data or analytics products.
  • Experience working with customers or stakeholders to understand and refine product needs.
  • Experience with healthcare clinical and claims data analytics, including population health management, quality measurement, risk adjustment, care gap identification, and value-based care programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to both technical and business-oriented audiences.
  • Ability to work successfully in team and individual settings with limited supervision.
  • Experience with clinical and claims data models and standards (e.g., HL7, CDA, FHIR, X12, OMOP, OpenEHR).
