About the Role

The Senior Change & Transformation Consultant designs and delivers sustainable organizational change, helping clients adopt new capabilities, navigate complexity, and embed lasting transformation across AI, digital services, and modern ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver sustainable organizational change.
  • Help clients adopt new capabilities, navigate complexity, and embed transformation.
  • Work across AI, digital services, and modern ways of working.
  • Apply recognized frameworks to organizational readiness assessments, change strategy development, and risk mitigation.
  • Engage stakeholders, develop communications, training, and transition plans.
  • Influence at all levels using evidence, data, and storytelling.
  • Design, deliver, and measure adoption and behavior change outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor leaders and teams through complex change.
  • Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and build change ownership.
  • Support AI adoption, governance, capability building, and responsible AI practices.
  • Use AI tools to enhance delivery and client outcomes.
  • Assess organizational structures, cultures, processes, and ways of working.
  • Synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Visualize change through stakeholder maps, impact assessments, and journey mapping.
  • Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams with designers, researchers, product managers, and technologists.
  • Deliver change from mobilization through adoption and hypercare.
  • Design interventions across people, process, culture, and capability.
  • Build trusted partnerships with clients.
  • Foster psychological safety, inclusion, and high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate robust experience in Change Management & Stakeholder Leadership.
  • Demonstrate robust experience in AI-Enabled Transformation.
  • Demonstrate robust experience in Discovery, Diagnostics & Systems Thinking.
  • Demonstrate robust experience in Transformation Delivery.
  • Certified practitioner in a recognised change management framework (e.g. ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter, Lean Change Management).
  • Able to interpret performance data and organisational metrics to inform change decisions.
  • Skilled in systems thinking and co-design techniques.
  • Confident with collaboration tools such as Jira, Miro and Lucid.
  • Worked to the GOV.UK Service Standard or within the public sector (Desirable).
  • Worked on large-scale digital transformation programmes (Desirable).
  • AI governance and implementation (Desirable).
  • Agile coaching or organisational design (Desirable).
