Responsibilities

  • Handle complex litigation and dispute resolution.

  • Engage in trial work (preferred).

Requirements

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in complex litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Sophisticated experience in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Trial experience preferred.
  • Graduated from a top twenty law school or ranked in the top 10% of law school class.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Licensed to practice in New York, Florida, and/or Texas.
  • Additional jurisdictions are a plus.
  • Federal or appellate state clerkship experience preferred.
  • Experience on law review, journals, and moot court preferred.
