About the Role

As a Consultant AI Engineering, you will support clients in developing and implementing modern AI and GenAI solutions, helping to bring innovative use cases to life. You will work actively in agile, interdisciplinary project teams, analyze business requirements and processes, develop and implement AI/GenAI solutions, and contribute to the operationalization and testing of AI applications. You will also evaluate new technologies and frameworks in AI Engineering.

Analyze business requirements, processes, and existing system landscapes.
Identify suitable AI and GenAI use cases.
Develop and implement AI and GenAI solutions under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
Integrate solutions into existing company processes and IT landscapes.
Participate in the go-live, testing, and operation of AI applications.
Support the setup of scalable and reliable AI architectures.
Contribute to the evaluation of new technologies, frameworks, and best practices in AI Engineering.
Support the prototypical development of innovative solutions.

Requirements

First professional experience in the development, implementation, or go-live of AI or GenAI solutions in a corporate context, ideally with cloud-based technologies.
Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, (business) engineering, economics with a focus on informatics, or a comparable degree program.
Programming skills in Python or a comparable programming language.
First practical experience with modern AI and GenAI technologies, such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Gemini, or frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
Basic knowledge in software engineering and API integration.
First experience with cloud platforms, MLOps, or DevOps concepts is advantageous.
Willingness to travel.
Very good written and spoken German (C1) and English.
