About the Role

Join our team to help clients make strategic decisions in AI & Data, supporting them from AI & Data strategy definition through the implementation of large-scale data platforms, visual analytics programs, and the introduction of smart "Age of With" solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in the development and implementation of innovative GenAI and Agentic AI solutions to create scalable applications with measurable business value.
• Identify and evaluate GenAI and Agentic AI use cases to uncover potential for process and business model optimization.
• Develop and implement LLM-based applications, intelligent assistants, and agent systems for productive use cases under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
• Analyze business requirements, processes, and data sources, and contribute to the design of suitable GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Assist with the integration, testing, and operation of GenAI applications, and with establishing scalable development and deployment processes.
• Contribute to the evaluation of new frameworks, methods, and technologies in GenAI and Agentic AI, and support the prototype development of innovative solutions.

Requirements

• First professional experience in the conception, development, or implementation of GenAI or AI solutions in a corporate context, ideally with a focus on modern LLM-based applications.
• Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatics, (Business) Engineering, Economics with a focus on Informatics, or a comparable degree program.
• Practical knowledge of Python and initial experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or comparable technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), API integration, and initial exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, MLOps, or AIOps concepts are desirable.
• Willingness to travel.
• Very good written and spoken German (C1) and English.
