About the Role

Join our team to help clients make strategic decisions in AI & Data, supporting them from AI & Data strategy definition to the implementation of large-scale data platforms, visual analytics programs, and smart "Age of With" solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in transforming data into measurable business value and successfully implementing modern data science and machine learning solutions.
• Identify potential for data science and machine learning solutions, analyze requirements and data sources, and assess the business value of new use cases.
• Analyze data sets, evaluate data quality, and derive valuable insights for data-driven decisions with the project team.
• Develop and implement data science and machine learning models under the guidance of experienced colleagues, translating business requirements into data-based solutions.
• Participate in the integration, testing, and go-live of analytics and ML solutions, and support the establishment of sustainable MLOps processes.
• Contribute to the evaluation of new methods, frameworks, and technologies in data science and machine learning, and support the prototype development of innovative solutions.

Requirements

• First professional experience in the development, implementation, or go-live of data science, analytics, or machine learning solutions in a corporate context.
• Successfully completed studies, ideally in statistics, (business) informatics, economics with a statistics focus, mathematics, data science, or a comparable degree program.
• Good knowledge of Python and SQL, and initial practical experience with data science and machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, LightGBM, or comparable technologies.
• Basic knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning, and ideally initial experience with MLOps tools, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), or the go-live of data-driven applications.
• Willingness to travel.
• German (C1) and English proficiency, both written and spoken.
