About the Role
Grind is seeking a passionate and aspiring Kitchen Porter to support the Back of House team in a fast-paced restaurant group. Responsibilities
- Support the Back of House team in the operation of the kitchen
- Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well equipped to run service
- Action any tasks requested by Head Chef or Senior Chef on duty

- Ability to perform well and remain professional whilst under pressure
- The capacity to collaborate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
