About the Role
Our client is an established Berlin-based e-commerce company seeking a hands-on Marketplace Manager to manage Amazon Seller Central and develop additional European marketplaces. The role focuses on marketplace operations, problem-solving, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations
- Take ownership of Account Health, listings, product data, pricing and availability
- Resolve marketplace cases, blocked or suppressed listings and operational issues
- Manage promotions, coupons and marketplace campaigns
- Oversee product feeds and marketplace integrations
- Troubleshoot feed, data and platform-related issues
- Support and further develop marketplaces such as Kaufland and Galaxus
- Support launches into new marketplaces and countries
- Work closely with internal teams, fulfilment partners and external service providers
- Identify repetitive processes and improve them through AI, automation and smarter tools
Requirements
- Around 3+ years of relevant marketplace or e-commerce experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience managing an Amazon Seller account operationally
- Good knowledge of listings, Account Health, product data, marketplace cases, pricing and availability
- A hands-on mindset and the ability to drive problems through to resolution
- Structured, analytical and pragmatic way of working
- Strong technical affinity and interest in AI and automation tools
- Fluent English
- Based in Berlin or able to work regularly from the Berlin office
- Valid right to work in Germany
