About the Role
Michael Krohn Consulting is a recruitment consultancy exclusively serving the automotive trade, focusing on permanent placements. We support multiple car dealerships in their personnel search. Responsibilities
- Provide appointments for our workshop via phone and in person.
- Prepare workshop orders according to the schedule.
- Monitor workshop progress and provide regular reports to the service management.
- Receive customers at the branch and personally/by phone hand over customers to the respective contact persons.
- Prepare customer correspondence and participate in customer events.
- Manage the cash register.
- Perform administrative tasks to support various departments of the branch.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in a car dealership.
- Several years of commercial professional experience, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Good IT user skills (Excel, Word).
- Organizational talent with a conscientious, careful, and independent way of working.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Confident demeanor and teamwork skills.
- High commitment and willingness to work flexible hours.
