About the Role
Akku(Punkt)net is a leading German online provider of batteries, chargers, and accessories. We keep devices running that others have already discarded, practicing sustainability. We are seeking a versatile individual to bridge our warehouse and office operations, contributing to the heart of our online sales.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently in the warehouse.
- Process incoming goods, including checking, booking, and storing new deliveries.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing and organizing them.
- Receive, inspect, and re-store returned items.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain general warehouse organization.
- Process orders in our ERP system from online shops and marketplaces.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding delivery status, shipping, and returns.
- Resolve special cases where orders encounter issues.
- Coordinate closely with colleagues in customer service.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse, shipping, or e-commerce.
- Proficient German language skills (minimum C1) for clear and friendly customer communication.
- Basic PC skills including Office, email, and multitasking across programs.
- Physical resilience.
- Carefulness and reliability in both warehouse and office tasks.
- Willingness and enjoyment in switching between warehouse and office roles.
- Commercial experience is a plus.
- Basic English language skills are a plus.
- ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Career changers are explicitly welcome if they are hands-on, organized, and comfortable with computers.
